Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat support.
- Process and manage customer accounts, ensuring timely settlements and collections.
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and enhance operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- A recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
