About This Position

The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and executing employer outreach and engagement initiatives. The role involves promoting TAFEP's programmes to employers and encouraging them to adopt fair and progressive employment practices. Responsibilities also include guiding employers in the implementation of good employment practices, building strong relationships with partners to promote TAFEP's initiatives and programmes, and developing content and delivering presentations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out employer outreach and engagement initiatives
• Promote TAFEP's programmes to employers and encourage the adoption of fair and progressive employment practices
• Guide employers in the implementation of good employment practices
• Build strong relationships with partners to promote TAFEP's initiatives and programmes
• Develop content and deliver presentations

What You Bring

Candidates should possess a proven track record in industry outreach and marketing, particularly in the context of employer engagement. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Experience in developing and delivering content for presentations and workshops is also required.
