About This Position

The Audit Senior will assist the engagement partner and/or manager in developing audit strategies, planning, reviewing, and interpreting audit findings within the healthcare industry. This role requires a strong understanding of auditing principles and practices specific to the healthcare sector.

What You'll Do

• Assist in the development of comprehensive audit plans and strategies for clients in the healthcare industry.
• Conduct detailed reviews and analyses of financial statements, internal controls, and compliance issues.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to engagement partners and clients.
• Ensure all audit work is performed in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or eligible for CPA licensure within 18 months of hire.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and healthcare-specific regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working closely with clients and colleagues.
