Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for internal talents
- Support in finding new cooperation partners, creating new offers, and processing incoming inquiries
- Show your negotiation skills when dealing with contracts as well as price negotiations with providers and service suppliers (partners)
- Develop concepts together with talents regarding content formats and support them in their implementation
Requirements
- Experience in artist management, media/social media, or influencer marketing
- Ambition to work with the latest internally developed systems such as Hiimia and our proprietary management system
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction
- Excellent negotiation abilities
- Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus
