Your Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of advanced analytics and automation tools in F&A processes.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models for revenue recognition and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize workflows.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&A roles with a focus on R2R processes.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is beneficial.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
