About This Position
The Engagement Lead at Bounteous is a pivotal role in driving client success. You will own and manage the client relationship at the delivery level, ensuring that engagement aligns with real business outcomes. Your strategic partnership with the CIO's office will shape priorities and deliverables, transforming client needs into actionable scope for our Snowflake and Power BI projects.
Responsibilities
Own and manage client relationships at the delivery level to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Translate high-level client requirements into prioritized, well-defined project scopes that the delivery team can execute against.
Act as a strategic partner between the CIO's office and our data warehouse projects, not just a ticket passer.
Promote adoption of AI-driven solutions to drive business transformation.
What You Bring
A minimum of 5 years of experience in engagement management or client relationship management within the tech industry.
Strong understanding of enterprise data warehousing and analytics tools, specifically Snowflake and Power BI.
Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and project scopes.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
