Position Summary

The Hub Administrator for the new store at Cape Gate, Lifestyle Centre will be responsible for serving as the central administrative support for incoming calls, walk-in customer enquiries, and clinic and Cover reception duties. This role is integral to ensuring a seamless customer experience within the Store of the Future hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and provide prompt and accurate information to customers.
• Assist with walk-in customer inquiries, addressing their needs efficiently and courteously.
• Manage clinic and Cover reception duties, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Support the operational anchor of the Store of the Future hub, contributing to its success through proactive and responsive administration.

• A strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing exceptional support.
• Experience in administrative roles or relevant customer service positions is advantageous.
