About This Position
A major global integrated energy company is seeking an experienced LNG Trader to lead the LNG trading desk in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) and grow the business across the Pacific Basin. The role requires a strong analytical and negotiation skill set, as well as the ability to maintain client relationships and perform market analysis.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the LNG trading desk in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) and expand operations across the Asia Pacific region
- Analyze market trends and develop strategies for optimal trade execution
- Negotiate deals with clients and partners to maximize value and profitability
- Maintain strong client relationships and build new business opportunities
- Perform comprehensive market analysis and provide insights to senior management
What We're Looking For
- At least 8 years of experience in LNG trading, preferably with a focus on the Asia Pacific region
- Strong analytical skills and ability to perform complex data analysis
- Outstanding negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful trading strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
