About This Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant for a long-term opportunity based in Henderson with a well-established engineering company supporting the marine, mining, and industrial sectors. This is a hands-on office support role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent organisational skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and appointments
• Coordinate internal communications, including emails and memos
• Handle incoming calls and provide customer service support
• Organise and maintain office supplies and equipment
• Support team with general administrative duties as required

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an administration role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work well in a team environment
