What This Role Involves

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be embedded directly with strategic customers to build the agents and integrations that turn Redpanda Agentic Data Plane (ADP) into owned outcomes. You will write production-quality agents, integrations, and data pipelines on ADP inside the customer’s environment and codebase. Your work must function seamlessly within their infrastructure and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Build at the customer site to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Write production-quality agents, integrations, and data pipelines on Redpanda ADP.
• Collaborate closely with a customer team in their environment to deliver mission-critical solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experienced software developer with a strong background in building production-quality applications.
• Familiarity with streaming, SQL analytics, and intelligent connectivity technologies is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Able to adapt quickly to new environments and customer requirements.
