DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT & TECH DELIVERY at Kaluza, Bristol or London (Full Time, No Remote)

Role Overview

Kaluza is seeking a Director of Product & Tech Delivery to lead the Product and Tech Operations team. This role will report directly to the VP Product & Tech Operations and will be based in either Bristol or London with no remote options.

Core Duties

• Leverage predictive algorithms and human-centred design to drive clean energy solutions for leading companies including OVO, AGL, ENGIE, Volvo, and Volkswagen.
• Oversee the development of Kaluza's Energy Intelligence Platform, ensuring seamless coordination in complex energy environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that accelerate the transition to a clean, electrified future.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management and technology delivery within the energy sector or related industries.
• Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and delivering complex projects on time and under budget.
• Strong understanding of data, AI, and real-time decision-making technologies to support business growth.
• Experience with hybrid working models, as this role will be based either in Bristol or London.
