About This Position
Bestica is currently seeking a travel nurse registered professional for a 13-week assignment on the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in Highland Park, Texas. The position offers a competitive weekly salary of $1,666 and requires a full-time commitment from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with 36-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in the PCU setting, including those requiring intensive monitoring and care.
- Provide skilled nursing care as needed by the patient population on the unit.
- Participate in shift handovers and ensure clear communication of patient status to incoming nurses.
Skills & Qualifications
- Nursing license with current registration in Texas.
- BLS (AHA) certification required; ACLS (AHA) and NIHSS certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
