RN PCU Travel Nurse - $2,235 per week at MedPro Healthcare Staffing in Farmington, New Mexico

About This Position

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to join us in Farmington, New Mexico. This is a full-time, 13-week travel nursing assignment with a commitment of working 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patient care in the PCU setting
• Provide comprehensive care to patients requiring intensive monitoring and support
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Document patient care activities, progress notes, and other medical records accurately and timely
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols for quality and safety standards

What We're Looking For

• A current RN license in the state of New Mexico or eligible for licensure
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a PCU setting
• Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Prioritization and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
