Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and provide appropriate care in a stepdown unit
• Assist with patient transfers between units as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Document patient care accurately and maintain confidentiality of patient information

Who We're Looking For

Fusion Medical Staffing is looking for a registered nurse (RN) with experience in stepdown units. The ideal candidate should possess:

• A current RN license in the state of North Carolina
• Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience, preferably in a stepdown or critical care setting
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
