Position Summary
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Barre Fitness Instructor to join our team at Pure Barre in Lancaster. As an integral part of our studio family, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality barre fitness classes that inspire and motivate our members.
What You'll Do
- Instruct group barre fitness classes using the Pure Barre technique to help members build strength, improve flexibility, and achieve their fitness goals.
- Maintain a safe and engaging environment for all participants during class sessions.
- Ensure adherence to studio policies and procedures, including cleanliness and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with management and fellow instructors to enhance the overall member experience.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated background in dance, cheerleading, or performing arts is preferred.
- A strong understanding of the Pure Barre technique and its philosophy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with members and foster a positive learning environment.
- Prior teaching experience, particularly in fitness settings, is advantageous but not required.
