The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Sport Instructor to join our team at i9 Sports in Rockville, Maryland. As a Sport Instructor for Volleyball, you will play a crucial role in shaping the lives of young athletes through fun, engaging, and skillful coaching.

What You'll Do

• Teach and develop volleyball skills to children aged 3-17 in an energetic and supportive environment.
• Create and implement lesson plans that focus on both technical and tactical aspects of the sport.
• Provide individualized coaching to help athletes improve their performance and confidence.
• Facilitate team-based activities that promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive learning atmosphere.
• Attend regular training sessions and workshops to enhance your coaching skills and stay updated on best practices in youth sports instruction.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a volleyball coach or instructor.
• A strong passion for working with young athletes and fostering their growth and development.
• The ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to diverse skill levels.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of our youth sports programs.
