Role Overview
The Maintenance Training Instructor (Instructor) is responsible for delivering technical training to foreign military students (FMS) in accordance with Company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices for the F-16 platform. This role involves developing and conducting classroom and hands-on training to ensure students receive qualifications and are current and proficient in maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for FMS on the F-16 platform.

- Conduct classroom lectures and hands-on training sessions to enhance students' understanding of maintenance procedures.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to ensure proficiency in maintenance tasks.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in F-16 maintenance technology and incorporate them into training programs.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role on the F-16 platform.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective technical training programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with foreign military students effectively.
- Security clearance required for this position.
