Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Batcher to join our Concrete team based in Orange, NSW. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient plant operations and delivering quality concrete products while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix concrete according to specifications and customer requirements
• Ensure all batching processes comply with safety regulations and industry standards
• Monitor and maintain equipment for optimal performance
• Communicate effectively with team members, production managers, and customers
• Adhere to quality control procedures to ensure product excellence

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Batcher or similar role in the concrete industry
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• A strong commitment to safety and quality standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and data entry (if applicable)
