Position Summary

Your opportunity awaits at Arcteryx.com, where our manufacturing facility in New Westminster is a hub of skilled makers and technicians. This role involves hands-on precision work on the production floor, contributing to the development and refinement of some of our most technically complex products.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Participate in 3 months of training in the Training Department before being assigned to a production line.
• Develop skills through continuous learning and new product exposure, such as jackets, pants, or gear.
• Collaborate with 10-12 team members under the supervision of a Production Supervisor to meet quality and efficiency standards in sewing different products.
• Potential for career advancement into Warranty, Sample, Quality, Training Teams, our Design Center, or Team Leadership roles.
