Position Summary

Bluelightconsulting is a leading software consultancy focused on designing and developing innovative technology to enhance users' lives. We are currently seeking a skilled Business Development Representative for our rapidly growing team in Latin America. This role will be based remotely from Managua, Nicaragua.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Latin American market
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports as needed for client engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or related field
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in Spanish and English is required; fluency in other Latin American languages is a plus
• A proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
