Position Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled Business Development Representative for our rapidly growing team in Latin America. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to challenging and meaningful projects, working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where every opinion and effort is valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients across Latin America.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients highlighting Bluelightconsulting's services and solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to close deals and meet revenue targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or a related field.
• Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A deep understanding of the Latin American market is beneficial but not required.
• Fluent in Spanish, with English proficiency preferred.
