At WPP Media, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director to lead our retail media strategy for a portfolio of clients in the UK. As part of this role, you will drive measurable business growth through best-in-class execution across platforms like Amazon, Criteo, and CitrusAd. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work, optimize performance through data-driven recommendations, and embed retail media within broader marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, delivery, and performance of retail media activity across a portfolio of clients.
Develop insight-led solutions that support client objectives and unlock new opportunities.
Act as a trusted client partner to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality work.
Optimize performance through data-driven recommendations and embed retail media within broader marketing strategies.
