Role Overview

The Account Coordinator is a key player in maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience with Talkspace services. This role involves being a point of contact for existing accounts, providing exceptional service, addressing client needs, and resolving issues. The position requires collaboration across multiple teams to ensure alignment on various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

• Serve as a point of contact for existing accounts, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs.

• Regularly communicate with internal teams such as Account Management, Implementation, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Cycle Management, and Product to ensure alignment on client needs and project progress.

• Maintain detailed records and reporting on account performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership to drive client success.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the mental health or technology industry is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on detail-oriented tasks.
