Serve as a point of contact for existing accounts, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs. Regularly communicate with internal teams such as Account Management, Implementation, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Cycle Management, and Product to ensure alignment on client needs and project progress. Maintain detailed records and reporting on account performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership to drive client success. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the mental health or technology industry is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on detail-oriented tasks.
