Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counselling sessions to clients
• Develop and implement therapeutic plans tailored to client needs
• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care planning

Skills & Qualifications

• A degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Licensed as a Professional Counsellor (PCC) or eligible to obtain within 6 months of employment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working with diverse populations preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health records systems
