The Opportunity
Your opportunity at ARCTERYX is to be a key member of the store leadership team. You will work alongside the Assistant and Store Manager, leading a talented group of Product Guides and facilitating the guest experience. This role involves being part of every area of the retail store including experience, product, community, operations, and people. You are inspired to seek out ways to evolve our practices and are product-obsessed, seeking any chance to get outside to experiment and learn firsthand how our products perform.
Core Duties
- Lead a talented group of Product Guides in the guest experience
- Facilitate the overall store operations including experience, product, community, and people
- Provide coaching on people experience, guest experience, and business needs with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
- Take initiative, have strong assessment skills, and seek out and offer relevant feedback to celebrate achievements within the store
- Commit to bold objectives both personally and professionally
Requirements
- Experience in retail leadership or a related field
- A passion for product and outdoor activities
- Strong assessment skills and ability to provide relevant feedback
- Ability to lead and coach a team of Product Guides
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to bold objectives and continuous improvement
