What This Role Involves

The role of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at ExcelPrep Schools involves partnering with a mission-driven team to design, implement, and refine research-based behavioral interventions. What You'll Do

• Design and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans for students with diverse needs.
• Collaborate with educators and other professionals to ensure consistent application of behavioral strategies across settings.
• Conduct assessments and data collection to monitor student progress and make informed decisions about interventions.
• Provide training and support to staff on best practices in behavior analysis and intervention implementation.
• Document all activities, assessments, and outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• A current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Experience working with neurodiverse populations or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans.
