About This Position
Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with Operating Room (OR) experience for a travel nursing position. The role will be based at a facility in Derry, New Hampshire, and the employment type is full-time, non-remote.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in an operating room setting, following established protocols and procedures.
- Assist surgeons during surgical procedures by preparing equipment, positioning patients, and maintaining a sterile environment.
- Administer medications as directed by the surgeon or anesthesiologist.
- Monitor patient condition and report any changes to the medical team promptly.
- Participate in preoperative and postoperative care activities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license required, with valid OR specialty certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an operating room setting is desired.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
