Role Overview
At Goodstart Early Learning, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Quality & Performance Partner to support our centres in achieving their goals and creating meaningful outcomes for children. This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 12 months based in Adelaide CBD.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to centre teams to ensure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Support centres in the development and implementation of quality improvement plans
- Conduct regular visits to centres to assess and provide feedback on practices and policies
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to enhance overall service delivery and outcomes for children
Qualifications
- A proven track record in early childhood education and care, preferably within a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience in applying the National Quality Framework (NQS)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with centre staff and stakeholders
- Commitment to continuous professional development in early childhood education
