Your Responsibilities

• Provide nurturing and engaging learning experiences to children in our care
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and promote holistic development
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent approach to education and child welfare
• Participate in the Early Childhood Teacher First Steps induction program, including 3 months of continued support and training

Skills & Qualifications

• A recognized early childhood teaching qualification or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Pedagogical knowledge and understanding of child development
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to professional growth
