• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

Your Responsibilities

The Senior Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining supply chain strategies that align with ACCIONA Construcción's business goals
• Managing supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and services at the best possible cost
• Conducting regular performance reviews of suppliers and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Implementing robust risk management processes to mitigate supply chain disruptions
• Collaborating with internal teams to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar position within the construction or supply chain industry
• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven ability to manage and optimize complex supply chains
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience working in South Africa (nationwide) (nationwide) is preferred but not mandatory
