About the Role

The Sr. Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics will lead and manage all aspects of supply chain operations to ensure efficient and effective logistics processes for Abbott's global healthcare products. This role involves strategic planning, risk management, supplier relationships, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain performance and reduce costs.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining inventory levels that meet demand.
• Implement risk management plans to mitigate potential disruptions in the supply chain.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and innovation within the supply chain function.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Exposure to global supply chain operations and logistics processes.
• Experience with supply chain software tools and systems.
• A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
