About This Position
We are seeking an Advanced Field Service Engineer for Honeywell's East & North India Installed Base for MS Service Business. As a key member of the team, you will engage with both external customers and internal stakeholders to support customer needs through consultative engagements.
- Provide technical expertise and support in resolving complex issues related to after-sales services
- Develop and maintain effective customer engagement strategies
- Collect and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement
- Support the migration plan of end users, ensuring smooth transitions and enhanced service delivery
- Collaborate with Honeywell teams to understand and leverage the value of after-sales services
Key Responsibilities
The role involves:
- Conducting consultative engagements that address customer needs and expectations
- Assisting in the development and implementation of effective customer engagement strategies
- Gathering, analyzing, and reporting on customer feedback to drive service improvements
- Supporting end user migration plans to ensure seamless transitions and enhanced service delivery
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align efforts towards common goals
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in field service engineering or related roles
- Strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to analyze customer feedback and develop actionable insights for service improvements
