Role Overview
NetApp's Engineering Tools and Services (ETS) organization is responsible for deployment and operation of collaborative development tools. We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our globally distributed team that supports a range of tools to serve the needs and improve the efficiency of our developers at NetApp.
What You'll Do
- Deploy, maintain, and operate cloud-based development environments for software teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and testing processes.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of the tools used by developers.
- Implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines to streamline development workflows.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer who can contribute to the efficient operation of our collaborative development tools. Key responsibilities include deploying, maintaining, and operating cloud-based development environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing automation processes.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a DevOps role.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform).
