The Opportunity
B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group invites you to join our team as a Hospitality Attendant at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport in Herndon, Virginia. This full-time role offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and dedicated hospitality group with over 130 years of experience and a portfolio of more than 20 business class hotels.
What You'll Do
As a Hospitality Attendant, you will:
- Welcome guests warmly in the lounge within 2 minutes of their arrival.
- Act as a liaison between guests and various hotel departments to make reservations and follow up on special requests.
- Maintain an information file on local services and attractions and recommend them to guests.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking enthusiastic professionals with excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask. A background in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required. This role requires a commitment to guest satisfaction and integrity.
