About the Role
We are seeking a Gatehouse Attendant for our evening shift. The role involves providing professional and friendly customer service to residents while enforcing access control procedures within the community.
- Provide a welcoming and professional image at all times
- Screen visitors, contractors, vendors, employees, and real estate agents
- Enforce and monitor access control procedures
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and policies
Responsibilities
The primary function of the Gatehouse attendant is to maintain a secure environment while providing exceptional customer service. This includes:
- Screening all individuals entering the community
- Issuing and managing access passes as needed
- Monitoring traffic flow and parking areas
- Handling emergency situations in a calm and effective manner
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must:
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Show strong attention to detail
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Have previous experience in customer service or security-related roles is preferred but not required
- Be available for full-time, evening shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
