About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager at Tony's Tyre & Auto Care. This role is pivotal in supporting the operations of our Mt Wellington retail store, contributing significantly to the continued success and growth of our national network.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day management of the branch, ensuring smooth operation and customer satisfaction.
• Support the Branch Manager in implementing strategies for increased sales and customer retention.
• Oversee workshop operations, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is adequately maintained.
• Train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and performance.

What You Bring

• A proven track record in automotive retail, with hands-on experience on the workshop floor as well as sales floor.
• Strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding a team towards achieving goals.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers, staff, and suppliers.
• Proficiency in managing inventory systems and maintaining accurate records.
• A passion for automotive services and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
