As a Culinary Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team that supports the store's culinary program.

What You'll Do

Support the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of a high-performing team to meet the culinary business needs.
Lead, coach, and inspire associates to exceed performance expectations and uphold a positive team culture.
Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to elevate performance and team engagement. Communicate performance issues directly to the General Manager/Store Manager.
Create memorable, educational experiences that inspire repeat visits and customer loyalty by representing Sur La Table’s brand and culture.

We are seeking a passionate Culinary Lead with excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of the culinary arts, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication abilities, the ability to train and develop team members, and a dedication to maintaining high standards of performance.
