About the Role
Since 1931, B. F. Saul Company has been dedicated to the acquisition, renovation, construction, and management of residential properties in the Washington Metropolitan area. The Waycroft, a part of our Residential division, is seeking an enthusiastic Lead Concierge to join its team. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service at the front desk for residents, visitors, and vendors while overseeing the concierge team.
Core Duties
- Ensure all activities are conducted with a gracious approach.
- Always present a professional image to residents, visitors, and vendors.
- Oversee the concierge team to ensure efficient operations.
- Handle resident inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for residents as needed.
