About the Role
This role is with a well-established safari operation in Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe. The position will suit an experienced and dynamic individual who can contribute to the unique bush resort's operations. Preference will be given to Zimbabwean candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily camp operations and ensure smooth running of all activities.
- Manage a team of staff, including guides, cooks, and support personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in the safari industry.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance resort visibility and guest experience.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards for all guests visiting the resort.
Qualifications
