About This Position
This is a full-time contract role focusing on Cisco voice and contact center technologies. As a Unified Communications Engineer (UC), you will support and enhance cloud-based telephony platforms, working closely with network, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver an exceptional user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Cisco voice and contact center solutions
- Ensure the reliability and performance of unified communications systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize telephony platforms
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to Cisco voice infrastructure
- Participate in system upgrades and migrations for cloud-based telephony environments

- Proven experience with Cisco voice and contact center technologies
