What This Role Involves

As a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator at CFS Energy, you will be an integral part of the Supply Chain Operations Team. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely processing of shipping, receiving, and inventory management. You will assist in meeting company objectives through warehouse and materials management.

What You'll Do

• Process shipping, receiving, and inventory management tasks efficiently and accurately
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry for all supply chain operations
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to coordinate logistics and ensure smooth operations
• Manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of organization and attention to detail

Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Thoroughly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in supply chain operations or a related field is preferred but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• First shift availability: Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm
• Pay range: $30-40/hour
