As part of MRAEL’s Apprentice and Employment Services provider and Australian Apprenticeship Support Network Provider, this role will be pivotal in delivering tailored workforce solutions that empower both businesses and individuals.

Core Duties

• Develop and maintain accurate costing models for various workforce services.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to cost management and charge rates.
• Analyze data to identify trends, optimize costs, and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cost strategies across the organization.

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in workforce costing and charge rate management.
• A strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
