Position Summary

This is a full-time, field-based position covering WA, OR, NV, UT, AZ, MT, and N. CA. Candidates must reside near a major airport hub. The Diagnostic Specialist (DS) educates healthcare providers on genetic testing initiatives, establishes diagnostic expertise aligned with global strategy, and collaborates cross-functionally to develop and implement U.S. diagnostics strategies.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on genetic testing to raise awareness of sponsored programs
• Identify educational needs among the IRD community
• Provide education on high-quality gene analysis with appropriate IRD panels and accurate result interpretation
• Partner with cross-functional teams within the organization for strategy development and implementation
• Identify potential KOLs for genetic testing, providing awareness to these HCPs
• Attend conferences to learn about diagnostic programs and testing
• Engage in advocacy, outreach, and local organization engagement where compliant
• Educate healthcare providers and internal partner labs for seamless sponsored initiatives
