Role Overview
The Role As a Graduate at SMEC, you’ll be part of a high-impact talent group, contributing to the delivery of major infrastructure projects alongside experienced engineers and technical specialists. Our two-year Graduate Development Program (GDP) is designed to accelerate your growth — combining hands-on project experience with strategic mentorship from industry leaders.
Core Duties
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of water resource projects.
- Conduct site visits and fieldwork as required for data collection and analysis.
- Support project teams with technical research and documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a passionate and driven graduate who has recently completed or is about to complete their studies in engineering, science, or related fields. You should have a strong academic background with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
