What This Role Involves

This role involves providing high-quality speech pathology services within a community-based setting. You will be responsible for assessing and treating clients with communication disorders, swallowing difficulties, and other related conditions. Your work will contribute to the overall health and well-being of individuals in need.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language needs.
• Create personalized treatment plans for clients with communication disorders.
• Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other allied health professionals and educators.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records.

Skills & Qualifications

• A registered Speech Pathologist with an Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration.
• Experience in speech pathology, particularly with children or adults requiring communication support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
