What This Role Involves
This role involves developing new and expanding existing web-based functionalities for an international organization based in Europe. You will work with a team to develop using Object Oriented design principles and software design patterns, ensuring high reusability and maintainability. You will also implement detailed application designs provided by the System/ Solution Architect, adhere to version control systems, build and release processes, and coding standards.
You will participate in design and code walk-throughs for review and feedback incorporation into your work. Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining technical documentation of all development tasks, identifying potential risks in application design and delivery, performing unit and integration tests, and resolving any resulting issues/bugs. You will also provide maintenance and technical support for existing applications, responding promptly to user support and enhancement requests.

- Respond promptly to user support and enhancement requests ensuring continued operation of the said applications
Qualifications
A Bachelor or Master degree is required. You must have at least 5 years of experience working with Java and Spring framework. Knowledge of Amazon AWS development environments is an advantage, as well as experience in performing software quality assurance activities (i.e., unit, integration testing).
