Role Overview
As a Manager - Tax Information Reporting, Withholding & Transformation at PwC, you will lead information reporting and withholding engagements, including Forms 1099, 1042-S, 1042, 945, ACA reporting, and related compliance activities. Within our Tax practice, your role involves validating clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations, reviewing and analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate information is provided to the appropriate authorities.

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced professional who has a strong background in tax information reporting, withholding, and transformation. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and managing teams effectively. A degree in accounting or related field is required, along with relevant certifications such as CPA or CTM.
