What This Role Involves
In this role, you will be a key player in providing exceptional customer service and support for Bloomerang’s customers. You'll handle inquiries via email, live chat, and phone, applying your knowledge of our platform to resolve issues efficiently. Your responsibilities include:
- Applying and demonstrating basic product knowledge while adhering to standard operating procedures
- Demonstrating support for Support initiatives with stakeholders and promptly responding to questions and resolving issues via written, verbal, and electronic communication
- Handling approximately 25 interactions per day
- Assisting customers with Bloomerang software usage and ensuring proper utilization
- Conducting new customer implementations and training sessions
- Developing and delivering training webinars for both customers and internal employees
- Writing and creating help documents and videos to support our community
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Providing excellent customer service through various communication channels, including email, live chat, and phone calls
- Applying your knowledge of the Bloomerang platform to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintaining a high volume of ticket resolution (approximately 25 interactions per day)
- Ensuring customers are properly utilizing our software by offering training sessions and webinars
- Creating comprehensive help documents and instructional videos for both internal employees and external users
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others
- Adept at using technology to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to multitask and manage multiple interactions simultaneously
- Experience in a similar support role or relevant experience in the nonprofit sector is advantageous
- Basic understanding of CRM software and customer relationship management principles
