Role Overview

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Qualify leads by conducting initial screenings to ensure candidate fit with available roles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role within the technology industry.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and techniques to identify passive candidates.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage potential candidates effectively.
• Familiarity with candidate relationship management (CRM) tools and software.
